dude, how is it animal creulty? He over estimated the turn and fell, crud happens...Seriously, Im learning to be a jockey and the horses love it. They have a blat running
Okay, there's a good point, horses love racing but accidents happen so much about these things .. stroke of the pen when in sport jumping over hedges, you see that there is always someone! And this sport with those cars, we may also do okay but I find that sad!
really not stupid! It's animal cruelty you are really .. I can show you .. It is cruelty to animals !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did not really feel how little horses live, they begin to race on their third and fourth stop on their
I find this really a BAD SPORT! Why are you doing this to horses? Why has England invented it? In the Netherlands they would never do! And I'm glad, but the fact that this rider has fallen! His own fault! They should but do not be stupid!
The jockey that fell off is a female rider and i am very good friends with her and shes a good rider and knows what shes doing and its a thoroughbred race not a qh qh's couldnt go that far they only do straight away down the stretch. Im in this video in the winner circle i helped get this horse ready in wearing the black shirt.
that horse was whip-shy..you can tell, as soon as they rounded the far turn into the stretch, the jockey hit twice, and that horse spooked toward the rail. The jockey had a bit too slow of a reaction to straighten the horse up in time, and he fell.
@titorro87 the horse looked like he spooked and leaned into the rail. The jockey didn't seem to see it coming and tried to get him back under control. Then the horse came off of the rail and was straight again, pushing all of the jockey's momentum away from the horse. NOT THE JOCK'S FAULT.
@titorro87 Obviously not the jockeys fault, what happened was the horse ran into the rail. If you ran into a rail at 45 mph your gonna do the same thing. When the horse ran into it, it bumped the jockey causing him to fall backwards an off like that. Jockeys are standing in very short stirrups an small bumps or things like that can cause this to happen. If the jockey didnt no how to ride, the track wouldnt have issued him his license for racing horses.
@Horses4ever8 The first race was for thoroughbreds, but it was at only about three furlongs, so it was shorter than many quarter horse races. The race where the jockey fell off was at 5 1/2 furlongs.

Hi.
I'm Dutch and I just wanted to say:

Horses4ever8 2 years ago
@Horses4ever8 They look like quarter horses. Shorter strides and higher head set, but it's tough to tell on video
