Love this countdown every time I see it - however, there's something terribly wrong with the counting. The two digits behind the dot count down from 29 to 00 - where it should have been counting from 99 to 00 (there are 100 hundredths of seconds in a second).

Its not ment to count down from 99, its not seconds its PAL frames ;)

I think the last figures are in 25ths of a second. I've seen it do that on a video player as well. Maybe it's to do with the frames?

sometimes the weather is coming from the news24 studio when the national news are due. so it might be shorter for the weather presenter to walk from one news studio to the national one...
