Now you're wrong, SexeiAlexy. You can definitely get Leafeon and Glaceon, but only after you obtain the National Dex.

You CAN get Glaceon and Leafeon ANYTIME after you recieve your Johto Dex since you can immediately trade with D/P/PL. It's still a shame though you can't get them in HG/SS since they could've EASILY put the moss rock in Ilex Forest and the ice rock in the Ice Path; instead they didn't. I expected the programmers to at least do that. Well, my precious Umbreon is still obtainable in these games (my all-time favorite Eevee-lution; thus the only one I care about), so I could care less.
