You dont have to get great snipes to be a great offensive player, you have to help the team score, either with goals or assists, and no one cares about how good the goals are except you. all the players want to do is help, and they dont care about how their doing that. When the puck is in his defensive zone, hes there just like every other player, and thats a fact. All you have to do is watch a game, and you'll see that he follows the puck. Its really not that hard to skate 20 feet forward while your teams setting up in the offensive zone.

It's because the city couldn't afford to pay the funds to revive the team prior to the CBA because (A) previous ownership (before Mario) ran the team into the ground with bad contracts like Jagr and (B) Pittsburgh (even with all the support the sports team get) is a small market city and can't afford to keep teams around if there is no cap in the league.

What facts? You didn't show me any facts. I told you ticket prices were outrageous. I only got to go to TWO games in the 03-04 season. Level D seating (below average seats) were 75 bucks that year! 75 A PIECE! I can get seats better than that in the new arena for a little cheaper now!

But there is a lot more that goes into it than an out of shape non-athletic person like yourself would understand. Crosby is the best in the NHL at deflecting pucks.
