Yes in theory there are many ways to get free fuel or at least a more clean and renewable one.
Lets just say if it was so easy to make a generator based on Magnets, and convert Car to run on Hydrogen and use a device in the home to make Hydrogen from Watter quickly.
Then in effect we make Fossil Fuels and Oil worthless.
And if say tomorrow Oil was worth $0 a Barel then the World Economy would start to collapse!
In addition if their was say Alien races or Reptiles on Earth and which ever, comes out to us all and say they created us, thus Evolution was fake, and thus many relegions where also fake.
This would also cause mass outrage and trouble....
If there was a plannet X comming that would whipe out 66% of us and their is for 99% of us nothing we can do about it, what would happen if they Goverments said so and oh you got 2 years left to live!

Regarding Nibiru.....
The transflation before all these doomsday theories so lets say if someone translated it back 200 years ago.
It means Summerian/Babylonian for crossing and also the highest point of the Ecliptic.
It says the Anunnaki take their Throne on the Nibiru.
so that could be at the highest point of solstice or the Ecliptic pane.
Christains say God rules from Heaven which is the highest point in the sky.
I beleave the Sumerians meant the same so Nibiru = Heaven
