no offence but the australian kapooka basic course is much tougher an more effective. Why would you go to a water park during basic training?

The water park is not part of the course, it is for a R & R day... A friend of mine went to Kapooka and during their mid course break went to a go-Karting facility... Under your theory: Can you please explain to me the necessity of that in a Basic Training course?

@britishfetishman101 Members of RNZIR have the opportunity to under take paratrooper training, it helps with skills and promotion. The Army has no dedicated Paratrooper unit.

@991Weeman Most Kiwis are also ignorant and arrogant and think that NZ is the best nation in the world while everyone (especially the Aussies) come second. My point being that every nation has idiots. I doubt that many Americans would even bother to type in NZ Army into youtube anyway; most of the world doesn't know we exist and they probably only think of as often as you or I would think of Mozambique. Which isn't a bad thing as we are unlikley to be a target if we can fly under the radar.

Our national pride is based on the achievements of past generations of Kiwis.....the only thing today's generation of Kiwis can claim is we drink more every weekend than all the past generations did in their entire lives and winge and scab more every year off those who still work hard. = The brain drain.
