Good point, about martian environment billions of years ago. But I think that the pyramids and the "cities" were builded by alien explorers of another solar system, not originally of Mars. I think that some natural cataclism busted down the environment BEFORE it develop intelligent life forms, and these explorers arrived there when the planet already was a desert, but not like is nowadays.
