My problem with doing some of the shit he does is it's not that it's hard it's that it's risky as shit. For instance, look at 0:28. That's a super easy thing to do as long as you have grip, but what if by some chance you slip. You're dead. That's the part I don't see how he over comes.

Like jumping from building to building, it's easy if the distance isn't to far but if you fuck up, it's over. Any tips?

Nothing says that it is Parkour in that commercial with Belle but the philosphy in parkours says that flips are not a part of parkour, since it disrupts the flow and It's not effective at all.

I know for a fact, that David gave the name to Parkour, but he kinda did make it a sport

His dad aulcty made the base of Parkour in the War as he used it to get away from combat

Free running is Parkour for umm mabey areobats? using there skill of Parkour into flips and other things, me myself am a Traucer mainly because it's useful in some places, to get around quicker, as a free runner would flip where a Traucer would simply pass him by
