They were, but beacause there was too many free downloading of the game and the manga, the dropped the prject. :( So, they aren't going to turn it into an anime. Maybe if they get enough money. But otherwise, no. :(

Yes, it is out. But since the first volume of HnKnA is out in the USA, DT (the people who scandalated, etc) has dropped it. But there are people on livejournal who translate, etc. I can send you the link if you want me to. And, no, they aren't going to make an anime version of it
