I've created snacks very similar to that, I use, like in the video a tortilla then some onions, sliced baked chicken(yes you have to bake the chicken first), mozarella cheese (go easy on it!), lettuce, sliced tomatoes, black olives. Fold it up, and you got something not even TacoBell would dare to make. Also, Add any spice or sauce according to taste.
