yes it's easy to do that

go to mixer then chose an insert "the one you want to make it fade in"

then right clic on the vol & chose "create automation clip"

the you should find a long line in the playlist that's the automation clip you created then with your mouse make that ligne start from the bottom and goes up until 80%
