The only proof cited in the law doesn't address the birth of the child, just "that the legal parents of such individual while living without Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence..." There are a number of sworn affidavits in court cases to the fact that the certificate is a FRAUD. FACTS I did not make up. Does this evidence change ur mind yet?

There's a spot on the birth certificate that lists the place of birth, date of birth, etc. If you were born in...let's say Florida...the Hawaiian birth certificate would list Florida as your place of birth. Obama's birth certificate lists "Honolulu, Hawaii" as the place of birth. Are you following?

@redarcher171 Even within states, there are inconsistencies in the content and form of birth cerfiticates, because BCs are issued through local offices. For example, it's possible that people living in cities A and B (both in the same state) could be issued birth certificate with different form/content. The US Office of Inspector General assigned a task force to investigate these issues and come up with recommendations for how to help states fix the problems. I'll send you the link in a message.

The only proof cited in the law doesn't address the birth of the child, just "that the legal parents of such individual while living without Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence..." There are a number of sworn affidavits in court cases to the fact that the certificate is a FRAUD. FACTS I did not make up. Does this evidence change ur mind yet?

@biverspect Yes, I just read the statute. Like I said, they'll give you a birth certificate, but the birth certificate will not list "Hawaii" as the place of birth. There's a spot on the birth certificate that lists the place of birth, date of birth, etc. If you were born in...let's say Florida...the Hawaiian birth certificate would list Florida as your place of birth. Obama's birth certificate lists "Honolulu, Hawaii" as the place of birth. Are you following?

@redarcher171 Even within states, there are inconsistencies in the content and form of birth cerfiticates, because BCs are issued through local offices. For example, it's possible that people living in cities A and B (both in the same state) could be issued birth certificate with different form/content. The US Office of Inspector General assigned a task force to investigate these issues and come up with recommendations for how to help states fix the problems. I'll send you the link in a message.
