hey here is a tip i found try not to do shallow focus with shooting on a green screen and also try to just slightly blur it out and try to keep the green screen strait and its alright if you have a little bit of wrinkles

Soooo if you can't afford something like primatte but still want to do the lightwrap, how would you guys there at Film Riot go about doing that? Would a masked, faded solid in the highlight colors work? Maybe set to add or screen? Could you use the keyed out black and white as a track matte for said solid to save some time? Am I at least on the right track? Is that an unintentional pun?

After Effects comes with Keylight these days. So is Primatte better than Keylight? In the end the new keyer would be another 500 bucks. AE also has a Spill Surpressor. I don't know about the backlight stuff, but that's probably recreateable.

@Bauzi514 Primatte has loads more options but Keylight is an awesome plugin too. I've used it a lot and with great results. But, like I said, Primatte has even more options and is probably more useful if your greenscreen footage isn't really good.
