  • Thanks so much for your kind words!

It truly baffles me how folks don't/can't/won't recognize what is so obvious. Not only is it obvious, but it's backed up with religious and HISTORICAL PROOFS! Just amazes me how folks can really deny the facts!

BTW: You have a great name .. it really expresses the SIGNS OF THE TIMES in which we live! :)

  • Absolutely beautiful. Yet despite this crystal clear historical fact apostates from other sects continue to be obstinate in their stance towards the Bride of Christ: the Holy Catholic Church?? I like to remind these pan-christians that the bible they use to attack the Catholic church came from the same Catholic church that they hate?? Go fugure...the bible came from the Catholic Church, was approved by the Catholic church and is preached pure and simple by the same Catholic Church. FACT.

  • So please don't waste your time rebutting ... I'm not going to get into a contest about this. The Facts are there for all to see if they have but eyes to see and ears to hear. God bless :)

  • Btw, the spurious Sacraments you mention were all instituted by Jesus in the bible. In fact as far as the Eucharist goes, that IS the way He remains with us till the end of time and He COMMANDED that we DO THIS. May want to re read John ... "Unless you eat the Flesh of the Son of Man and drink His Blood, you have no life in you. For indeed, My Flesh is true Food and My Blood is true Drink."

  • Well, I'm not going to get into a debate about this, we'll all know the FULL TRUTH soon enough anyway :) But suffice it to say that that Catholicism is the ONLY one that can trace its roots back to Jesus and the Apostles. Peter was given the KEYS by Jesus Himself and authority to bind and loose sins.

  • Catholics are led to have faith in the "Mother Church" and in the works and sacraments for their salvation. This is in contradistinction to the Bible. We are to have simple childlike faith in Christ's finished work on the cross. Nothing else. Your church does not predate true Christianity which started on Pentecost A.D. 30-33 in the upper room. ACTS ch.2 . Your church makes spurious claims to date to the apostle Peter. Your church was started after Constantine.

  • 1-Marywel, You're missing the point. The church of Jesus Christ is made of none of the organizations, including the RCC. The Church is the Bride of Christ, the spiritual body of believers who have had a spiritual rebirth by repenting of their sins and faith in Christ. The Bible makes this abundantly clear. There will be members of many of these organizations or denominations represented in that group. Sadly, the doctrines of some organizations like the RCC lead people away from faith in Christ.

  • Thanks for encouraging words ... please join me: "Eternal God, united to the Perfect & Holy Passion of Jesus, we offer You our joys, sorrows, breaths, heartbeats and tears to strengthen the faithful, renew the lukewarm, restore the fallen away and convert the proud." ... more at battlebeads

  • So truthful is this video, yes pray for the conversion of protestants and nonbelievers, but most important pray, so that lukewarm Catholic wake up and become more active, with our Church. Jesus is waiting for us, we need to take the Eucarish Daily, not just on Sunday. We eat everyday right and 3x, so why do we live our Poor Jesus alone, He is waiting for you in the tabernacle. He is calling you, please read the Diary of St. Faustina it changed my Life, and will change yours as well.

  • You've spread the Truth of the Catholic Church. Thank you.

  • @mbntanglao Thanks so much for your visit and kind and encouraging words. Let's spread the word to pray for the conversion of souls, return of the fallen away and for purgatory to be emptied into heaven daily during the Hour of Divine Mercy! God bless! :)

  • The Orthodox Church is the ancient faith, that has not changed or added dogmas. We have kept the traditions of the early Church.

  • @vasilyjc1955 Very true, and do you know how many times our Blessed Mother has petition, for the Orthodox and Catholics to be one. Only Peter was given the keys, you are our brothers and sisters. We love you and we want you to come back. We are one in Christ, pray and may the Holy Spirit inpire you to see the truth. May

    God Bless you.

  • @ceiba74 All the Apostles were given the "keys". The truth is in the Orthodox Faith. Rome has added incorrect dogmas and has deviated from the true faith. Rome should come back to the true faith.

  • @vasilyjc1955 It is written in the Bible, and please dont take it personal, not all the apostles were given the Keys, Only Peter, and He said to him on You ... notice he did not said On You all... but On YOU I will stablish my church. This is not about who is better or who was first, is about the truth, I dont pretend to be a theologist or much less, I just want people to love each other, period. Take care

  • @ceiba74 thats not true all the apostles were given the keys, to believe otherwize would mean the RCC has to reject the bible...

  • @ceiba74 The keys are that path to salvation, through our faith in Jesus Christ. So, according to Rome only Peter has this ability, and the other eleven are out! How can salvation be through one Apostle and not Jesus Himself? Would it not make sense that the "power of the keys" would be granted to the other Apostles that Christ personally ordained? The Apostles Paul and John had leadership positions also in the early Church.

  • @vasilyjc1955 I will not be the best person, to give you and explanation, perhaps somebody more verse in Theology could, bu this is what I know, Not through peter we achieved Salvation, but Through Jesus. Remember it was Peter who Through the Holy Spirit answer, You are the Son of God. He did not know by himself, But God allow him to know this. The others did not know, they guessed. Peter is just the head, of the Churh but the Leader Is Christ himself, nobody else.

  • @ceiba74 In his letter to the Ephesians the Apostle Paul makes clear that the Church was not just built on Peter, but is built on the foundation of the Apostles and the Prophets, with Jesus as the chief cornerstone, and including the members of the Church as well. What are the "keys"? Again, is it logical, sensical, that only one Apostle would be granted the "keys"?

  • vasilyjc1955 I agreed with you here, but remember when Paul was Saul He persecuted our bethrens to death. So there was a wall built around him due to fear, He in a way felt left out since himself like the other apostles, was not with Jesus himself Physically. Paul was aware that the Church was built on Peter, that is why he made that remark.. Is normal he is human get it(sensitive, perhaps jelousy) but in a way there is verasity, because is the Magisterium that comes up with the Church doctrine

  • @ceiba74 That "rock" being the faith in Jesus Christ Himself. This "rock" which the Church is built was always understood to mean either Christ Himself, or the profession of faith in Christ. Is it logical that Peter alone at that time in history, should be the sole individual to carry the whole weight of the early church's beginnings?

  • @v1955 In the scriptures, Jesus does refer to himself as the corner stone who was rejected. But when He talk to Peter, he meant it literally. The parable of building the house on a rock, has to do with this, the proof, is that no matter what times come along and how many people attack or leave the Church it will always be, The Church on the Rock, It will remain forever, what God builts the men cannot destroy. No matter what. Remember is The Church as a whole, clergy ,lay people and Jesus.

  • @ceiba74 Why is Rome's interpretations of certain verses the "correct' one? Why would only one Apostle be elevated over the other eleven? When it was all twelve who received the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. All twelve were to go and teach all nations and baptize them in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the cornerstone of the Church, the body and head of the Church. The Truth in Christ, that is the Church.

  • @vasilyjc1955 Well tell me, in the old testament how many tribes were there, 12 right.

But not all 12 were the most love ones, Now I dont want to hurt no body's feelings here. The most love one was Benjamin and Judah.. If I am not mistaking... It goes the same with the apostles. .. Now remember when Peter said and what about this apostle, The one he loved the most, and he answered, if he where to live for ever what is that to you. Meaning every one has a different responsibilities.

  • @vasilyjc1955 Every thing you say sounds right to me, but we only have one Pope, not 12, one Head Jesus.

Maybe I wont be able to answer your question, I am sorry. Perhaps somebody else could shed some light on both of us.

  • @vasilyjc1955 actually what ceiba says is on the right path...

  • It clearly proves that the Church that Jesus began is still in operation today with the same Tradtitions in its fullness with the 7 Sacraments. It clearly shows that from ONE break 1500 yrs ago, many other breaks occurred which does not foster unity as Jesus wanted. This is traceable and correct through regular history regardless of religious belief. All others were man-made, waaay after the fact. Catholicism only has the fullness of Faith.

I won't get into a shouting match on it either.

  • so what does the starting date of the church have to do with anything? do you say that just because it did start at the time of Jesus they dont have credence?

wow thats not good logic is it? it cant make for a good reason to use because no body have commented on it either

  • @loudmouthspeaker The one started in the time of Jesus, by Jesus is the one right. The ones who came later for the Glory of man alone, stand alone, and because of that truth, they shall dilute so much, that there will become not just 3000, but doble the number and will jump from one cult to the other, because they will be hungry for the bread of life, that can only be found in our Catholic church. Stop procrastinating, and making up excuses, we wont live for ever, Time is of the essence..

  • @ceiba74 You should be told that the catholic church teaches many false things... jesus nor the apostles taught anything like the catholic church does today.. so i ask why the huge difference..

  • @loudmouthspeaker Yes there is some truth in your words, Jesus spoke and whatever the apostles wrote down is on the Bible. Now imagine, they did not write everything completelly, Only God knows how many more miracles he performed. Now remember when Jesus was ready to leave He said to the apostles, wait in jerusalem for the coming of the Wholy Spirit, and indeed The Holy Spirit came, Pentecost (The birth of the Church) .....

  • @ceiba74 the holy spirit was given to all the believers around the world... the holy spirit wasnt given to just a few people... all believers can receive the baptism of the holy ghost..

  • @loudmouthspeaker It is true, the Holy Spirit was given to the whole world, but sometimes we fall away from grace including myself, then how in the world is the Holy Spirit going to remain on us. The same when we take Jesus in 'The Eucarist, do you know how He feels when people take him, without having repented and much less gone to confession. Poor Jesus, he feels incarcerated... As for myself I pray and pray that I myself will receive The Holy Spirit.. Imagine, how wonderful it must feel!

  • @ceiba74 first the catholic mass is a lie, when you sin you repent and turn to God... we can allways recieve a new infilling of God..as a born again believer i have jesus within me allready so i dont need the mass.. its a lie..

the bible states that all believers can receieve the baptism of the holy spirit and use the spiritual gfits, it seems that you dont much about the holy ghost or the spiritual gifts... why havnt you received the baptism of the holy spirit..

  • @loudmouthspeaker All Catholics are baptized in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. As well as all Christians, that is the only thing we have in common. To trully receive the Holy Spirit, you must be as close to a saint, and that takes a lot of Humility, we must immitate Jesus. The Mass is so real, To receive Jesus everyday, is incredible. if you have not done it, I wont be able to explain. Jesus is in the Eucarist, you have no Idea how wonderful,it is to be with him.

  • @ceiba74 Wow your answer deserves the truth... what you have been told inst even close to the truth which is found in the scriptures..

  • @loudmouthspeaker I have not been told, What I know is through inspiration. God willing you too will receive this inner knowledge from within yourself and not from person or Scholar and then you will realize you are on to something real and divine... Peace be with you!

  • @ceiba74 hi, the holy spirit leads all people to repentance and salvation... the scriptures tell us to study Gods Word so can know truth from lies... we are to walk in Gods spirit daily and to learn to recognize the voice of the holy spirit...

  • @ceiba74 You should know that jesus isnt found in the catholic mass, if you were truly born again then God would be allready living within you at this momment... to think that you receive jesus weekly through the mass is a grave mistake indeed. the scriptures never tell us that jesus comes in the form of a waffer

  • @loudmouthspeaker ..... 2nd part of answer... In such way the Holy Spirit inspires the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, and through them, we get the messages, so it is true the apostles and Jesus did not said somethings back then, but that is why He Left the Holy Spirit, to continue his work among us, and Jesus also left us Himself disguised in the Bread, The Holy Eucarist.. if you dont believe me, go to any Catholic church, go to the tabernacle and ask Him yourself. You will be surprise!

  • @ceiba74 there is no magistrum... its an invention of the catholic church... we have God.. jesus is the head of His church and there is also the holy spirit.... so where is this magistrum you talk of.... there wasnt any in the old testement and there wasnt any when jesus walked the earth....

  • @loudmouthspeaker I believe what my Mother Church teaches me, and I am nobody to disagree. Here I will said that the Magisterium is where the other 11 apostles come into play. Remember.. Not the Pope alone but the whole Church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Remember what Jesus, said I need to leave so you may receive the Holy Spirit. But once our apostles left our world, It was passed down to The Church. I can force you to believe this, but my faith alone suffices me.

  • @ceiba74 why arnt you nobody to disagree, are you a puppet ? jesus died for you - you should study Gods word and find out the truth which has been kept from you...the bible doesnt say that the church is to be your mother, the bible days there isnt any magistrum. catholics have been lied to... once you have been truly born again and have received the baptism of the holy ghost and speak in tounges, intepret visions, ect then you will understand

  • Dear LoudmouthSpeaker, What I know, I only know by faith. I am not a puppet, there is only so little a human can know. I myself an aware that I am not omniscient, Only God. Is clear that you dont approve of the Church for x reason, The only thing I cant advise is this, Study The Chuch, as much as possible, pay a few visits and then forgett about it. If it is not real as you claim, it will dissolve away, but if it is real, I am afraid you wont be able to leave, once you see truth.

  • @ceiba74 I have been looking at the church and its teaching including the writtings of the fathers... I know that what the church teaches and claims isnt the gospel in any shape or form..

  • You must posses a knowledge, greater than Jesus himself, If Jesus Church the one built by him is not his gospel, then what is it. The orthodox, came after The Catolic, that could be choice # 2 dont tell me any other recent cult is the One with the gospel. The Bible was written by Catholics, even Gutemberg print it exactly the way the RCC did it,with all 7 books removed by protestants. Since your knowledge appears to be superior then there is nothing to discuss. I just keep loving my Church

  • @ceiba74 You under value your self... know that God has given us his holy spirit to lead us all truth is no small accident... walking in the spirit
