I worked in Jerry's band in the 70's....managed him in the 90's...... we were close friends for over 35 years....I still have his phone number in my cellphone.....wish I could give him a call right now.......we sure miss you Jer! ....R.I.P.
Logging in from Wellington, New Zealand. A great song by Jerry Wallace. I've got his Golden Classics Album. It also has Shutters & Boards & Primrose Lane on it. One of my fav albums. Thanks for the vid.
I dreamed about this song last night---i thought came out in the late 50s, I remember being around bonfires when i was little; in the moonlight and the firelight
I was listening to an oldies station while riding in the car today and they played this great song that i hadn't heard in over 40 yrs. I couldn't wait til i got home to see if it was posted on U-Tube and hoped i could remember the name of it when i got there. thanks for posting it.
Jerry Wallace was my father's friend in the50's.......He was also my fathers "best-man" at my parents wedding..(have pics to prove it..:).......Rest well and in peace Mr. Wallace !!:)
