I think the best thing that freddy roach did for this fight was getting castillo as a sparing partner. Because beside castillo being an excellent fighter he is a pressure fighter. Thats why he did so good against mayweather when castilllo beat him even though the fight went to mayweather i don't know how, but it did. Castillo was the reason why he was so successful against cotto....

Cotto is such a classy and professional boxer. Great fighting heart, but still gracious in defeat. Though I am Filipino and definitely a Pacquiao fan, after watching this fight, I have great respect for Miguel Cotto. He gave all he could, Manny was just too much for him. The preliminary fights were good except for the one with Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. It was boring. I wish he fought like his father, the great Mexican fighter Julio Cesar Chavez, Sr., "El Gran Campeon de Mexico"

@xxtupingxx21 Look where he fought these fighters DLH 147 dwn from 154 (Pac 148 on fight night), Hatton legit, although he says he wasn't 100% on fight night shouldve taken a rest after Mayweather. His words not mine and Miggy Cotto not the toughest of opponents for Pacman or Floyd for that matter but he signed to fight @ 145 (144 or fight night, Pacquiao 146) Bottom line the surface size advantage really became moot by fight night b/c the fighters had to drain themselves jus to make weight.

He'll make Margarito fight at a catch-weight, They have said theyll fight a rematch w/ Cotto at 147 though hmmm why all of a sudden. Could it be the realize his style is taylor made for a fighter with hand-speed and footwork. Something Cotto's camp has been known which is the real reason youve never witness MG/FM fight
