no you dont! there are other ways to get the katy perry look. of course my bangs have grown and are down to my nose so you could always use the pin curl affect.also there are so bang extensions that ive been dying to get. cause i like bettie bangs but with them you are limited to what you can do with your hair. ill have to do a video or something!
