@customermarketplace Getting an ingredients list is not the same as coming up with the measurements and techniques. Also, a lot of the ingredients used in restaurant foods are hard to find in stores so good substitutes need to be used.

The church's chicken recipe contains the exact same ingredients (and isn't a good clone at that). Gee, what an unfortunate coincidence, huh? You can google his writeups and recipes yourself.

None are identical? Where exactly did he get his church's chicken recipe? He created started cloning in late 2002 because he wanted kfc chicken. Yet an identical recipe for church's chicken from 2002 is available from food.com.

I love El Pollo Loco's house salsa. I have tried myself to copy it. I dont know if it is the tomatoes they use. It is a very simple salsa but I cannot get it right. Maybe you could figure it out?
