skylar! i have the nikon d3100 tooooo, and i was wondering, how do you put it on autofocus for video? i've been trying to figure it out for so long! /:
@AeroAsh87 check if your lens has a Motor to it. The D3100 does not have a motor to the camera body so needs one on the lens. If the lens does not come with one,then Auto focus is not possible.
