Eyes do not have FPS, they instead let in light and project them to your brain where you can process them. Eyes are much different from FPS, because your eyes don't create the images, they receive them, then they are processed. The computer creates the images that you see which is in Frames Per Second...

@dabears17x need a much better CPU with at least 4 cores and 3 GHz. That card can max Crysis with no trouble, however i believe you are using a laptop which is your first problem. I know the 560 can run it, but not sure about 560m which laptops use.

@dabears17x dual cores and anything less than 2.66 GHz is not good at all. Schools have better CPUs than that since 2007. Crysis uses alot more CPU then GPU because with BF3 being DX11 it uses more GPu features.

The eye picks up different "refreshes" based on what part of the eye is getting hit with light, the edges "refresh" faster, which is why you can look up in a movie theater and see the screen flicker, but not when you look directly at it. The eye "refreshes" dynamically based on the person and lighting conditions.

the way nvidia calculates its fps in benchmarking is like this: say your running at 55fps-59, the driver would cap it at 60, if your at 30-35, it will cap at 40, and so on. all this seems to be is several insane DX10 unlocked GTX cards or Quadro cards in a tri or quad sli configuration.
Sli really helps in memory shader bandwidth, which is one of the big bottlenecks when trying to achive high FPS scores. it makes perfect sense.

in PC games we have these things called Mice, wich allow one to turn 180 degrees in 1 fifth of a second.
when you do such a manouver on anything less then 80fps, you notice a jitter.
when we game on 120Fps with 120hz monitor, with Vsync On, then gameplay is a LOT more smoother and hence we get more kills.
we (PC Gaming Community) would welcome you to purchase a PC for gaming and run it on 24hz so we can pwn ur stupid ass lol

the way nvidia calculates its fps in benchmarking is like this: say your running at 55fps-59, the driver would cap it at 60, if your at 30-35, it will cap at 40, and so on. all this seems to be is several insane DX10 unlocked GTX cards or Quadro cards in a tri or quad sli configuration.
Sli really helps in memory shader bandwidth, which is one of the big bottlenecks when trying to achive high FPS scores. it makes perfect sense.

the human eye can perceive up to 300 frames per second at 15 megapixels each. i can tell you offhand that i would be able to pick out the difference between a game running at 24 fps vs. another running at 60 each and every time, it's a very clear difference. I'm sure you could too. that's why they have the new tv's that show 120 fps.
