  • Your garage? yeah I dont think so pip squeek.

  • you should have got some acetone that would have taken it right off without scratching the chrome

  • ps. Good Job Becky.

  • Good Job! Looks way better than black:)

  • If you want paint to stick to chrome you need to use self etching primer.

  • looks good but shoulda masked the valve stem.

  • saying like alumin-I-um is fucking retarted, thats why i hate the english.

  • @SuperBababooie the only thing retarded, is how americans perpetuated the incorrect pronunciation of the word. just read the word, and you know, we americans do not speak it correctly.

  • @SuperBababooie Hahahaha.

  • Who gave the 12 year old spray paint!

  • how are u driving u sound like a ten year old

  • i'm getting a buzz .

  • Good Job

  • for your healt do it in an open space not in your garage :Truestory:

  • DUDE! are u a girl?

  • why can't americans say alumin-I-um. there is an 'I' in it not aluminum

  • @UnWrittenUK im pretty sure you are retarded

  • @ndubecky2494 no, he is correct

  • ... чим би дитя не тішилось, аби не плакало.

  • How old are you?

  • It looks like an awfull lot of work to scrape that black paint off. But the result is awesome. Well done. Thanks for this tutorial.

  • Nice outcome. But... You should have sanded down the rust instead of just hiding it under a new layer of paint. And finally a layer of protective clear would make it look nicer also.

  • anytime you work on your own stuff it gives you a sense of pride and the fact you took what you had and made it nicer is cool to me...nice video

  • i did the same thing to my trucks spare tire, but when i removed the shit paint i painted it with i used a wire brush drill attachment, it took me like 5 seconds! u should get one, anyways nice video man, keep it up!

  • Good work

  • all u need is autosol metalpolish, it costs 5€. with that u could just rub off the rust and the chrome would turn out very good

  • very nice work! There is no need to "buff" it afterwards? Some paints are okay to buff with a compound. Otherwise you did excellent work! Inspires me to work on my cars steel wheels. Thanks!

  • WOW that's Amazing great job you did!!

  • Where are the pics or videos of them on the truck?

  • Ever heard of paint stripper????

  • your voice cracked at 0:15 . . . LOL

  • Spray on paint remover works great.

  • LOOKS LIKE SHIT

  • how old are u?

  • Hey great video thanks

  • Good job kid. Question, why didn't you take the tire off first?

  • i woulda got paint off then used sos

  • Should have clear coated it after to give it a real chrome look. Its the clear that gives it the mirror finish.

  • Nice hands on video. Great Job glad to see your into stylin up your ride like when I was young instead of being glued to an xbox.. WAY to Go

  • do u think i would be able to paint some 30 spoke cragars with that paint?

  • Steel wool would have taken the rust right off

  • @91CTD didnt think about that at the time... thats a good idea

  • Good job ...Have you given any thought about maybe a clear coat of say urethane or would that not work for you ? anyway it came out nice and at 50 or 60 MPH who's gonna see anything but shine ?

  • @91CTD ... LOLOL.... not.

  • @tazztt1 it would have I use it all the time on mine, Use a 000 or 0000 so it doesn't scratch them deep, just scuffs the rust off the surface. Alot of the time the rust doesn't get under the chrome.

  • playing cards betweek the rim and wheel work better then duct tape ;-)

  • If you really want those wheels to shine like real chrome!!...let the chrome paint dry for about 24 hrs..Then hit it with some clear. first coat light..ten sand with 2500 wet and dry 2nd coat heavy sand 2500 again 3rd coat heavy sand again...then use a drill with a polish pad to buff out the sanding... Those wheels will look just like they have been dipped in real Chrome if ya clear coat it ;) good luck!!

  • You coulda made the chrome shine like real chrome by putting a clear coat on it. Then seal it.

  • Nice! I love wagon wheels in chrome or in white. I am thinking about buying a set for my GMC.

  • im thinking of painting my kart chassis but wouldent the spray paint chip off if i do ?

  • Oh shit I wouldn't have spraypaint within a mile of a camera. Good job though; love the Brooks and Dunn in the background!

  • I would have taped off the little air plug thingy but otherwise, hey man, awesome video *thumbs up*

  • You did a little nice job you little rat turd though as far as the paint goes it looks more of a silver then a chrome thank you though im running a experiment im in the procces of restoring a cutlass ciera 87 got the car for cheap

  • Great video. A wire wheel on a drill might work faster. Just an Idea.

  • Theres an easy way and a hard way. Paint remover is the easy way, kid.

  • Nice keep up the good work you will make a good body man one day

  • you only sound about 14 but apparently you can drive

  • If the paint came off that easy why didn't you just powerwash it. Wouldve saved you alot of time!

  • Awesome Dude! You've just taught an old dog a new trick. I just built a custom BBQ Smoker on a boat trailer. The 1 of 2 wheels has some rust and I had planned to buy new wheels. Instead, you've empowered me to do it the "Cheap Way", but with an awesome finish. I'll be sure to do a "Before & After" video like you. Great Job! Thanks for sharing.

  • Most kids are sitting their asses in front of an Xbox, but your out there getting dirty fixing stuff up.. Way to go.. maybe there is hope for todays youth after all.

  • @redneck500 I think thats a bad stereotype...i mean i agree but me and my friends have restored old cars, includng a marvrick that im rebuild the engine, we atv and fix our own bikes.

  • @jjxm124 Yep, thats why I say (most) because there are some kids that actually are hands on :)

  • @redneck500 This is everything we stand behind

    vocademy.com
