Some years ago i saw a movie i believe called "highway man" about a very mean guy who drove a car that was rigged to accommodate him because i think he had no legs. It was something like "joy ride 2 - dead ahead". If there's anybody out there who saw this movie, please advise me of it's correct name and where i might be able to get a copy. Thanks.
