i installed it when i run it its looks cool but when i check in taskmanager it takes 50% of my cpu usage i was like wtf n my cpu temperature raise up to 55 celcius.....in idle.

You can download Bsplayer and get a similar effect when you throw movies and animations to your desktop. so far its the only player ive found that can properly mimic the fancy vista package or dreamscenes videos. Of course you cant play *.dream files with bsplayer.

So, why its certified and its announced everywhere in the page?

Windows Blinds for example, its cool whit a default theme, so if you try to install other by your count, the results wont be the same as you hope.

You honestly think that Dremrender or any of those other programs that came before Deskscapes, are the only ones to think of this idea? Please. There is no point in being a fanboy about this sort of a thing. People that don't want to pay for Deskscapes will stick to the free alternatives.. but let's not try to pretend like Deskscapes hasn't already surpassed the capabilities of its predecessors.. after all, money fuels its development. Dreamrender is neat, but it's already inferior to this.

Nope, this product from Stardock works on XP (32 bit only) and Vista.

Dream Scene is what comes with Vista Ultimate

i actually prefer XP to Vista, because xp gives programs more individual processing power, and vista runs a lot of unneccesary services and background processes and while xp does to an extent it does it on a smaller scale, xp is faster in most ways than vista, even though vista is easier to operate, plus vista was brought out ONLY for cracking down on pirate software, another reason i dont use it, and the compatibilty with programs is a JOKE. if u want the fancy windows elements use windowblinds

Actually that's not really true -- Vista can be adjusted to give programs more processing power also. As for services and processes, that can be adjusted as well. Not true about pirating software either, MS began WGA way before Vista was released. I can tell you that Vista Ultimate 64 bit is the most stable version of Windows yet. There are over 800+ programs that run fine in Vista. Sure some need to be upgraded like Nero, but hey it was due for an upgrade anyway.

Start>Programs> Windows Update (would probably be one of the last shortcuts within the program menu) and click on it.

Then it will give you a special option to install it...you cant miss it.
