The guy is Maeda Ken. The group of girls are known as Hinoi Team. The Maeda Ken and the 4 of them are only called Maeken Trance Project for the album that this song is on. Even though he's ugly as a girl ..for some reason, I find this song/video hard to stop listening to. It's so addictive.
