this guy sounded very good. I just called him to ask a question about retaining his services for immigration filing. But, the secretary sounds like she is high and told me to ask any questions - even one to find out "if there is a form that can be filed" will cost $120. And, i said: this makes no sense, I first need to know if there is a filing option before I retain services. And, all she could do was stumble over her words and try to swindle me into paying $120 for one basic question.
