You can get rid of the chakrams using the litle facial expression thingy, one of the things in 'Other' says Chakram1 and then there's another one called Chakram2, and if you slide both of those over and register both, the chakrams will go away :)

If you're still trying to get rid of the Chakrams, I have a fairly simple solution (it doesn't get rid of them permanently, but you don't have to worry about it coming through his waist or anything.)

What I do, usually, is I just move them under the "stage". If you look closely you'll find a box-bone around where his hand/wrist is. This controls the Chakram. All you have to do is select each one, click "Move" and hide them beneath the floor.
