Hey Momo, I searched "change your life" to help my cousin, then I started watching this myself... The only lesson I learned from you is that I should concentrate my efforts and not think so much, but rather just DO. I agree, I've always known I think too much, and am quite indecisive.

Otherwise, maybe I missed something or maybe this is meant to appeal to artists in particular.

You know I always have ideas that never get heard...and sometimes when I finally get the chance and someone is listening...I tend to freeze up and get lost in my head.

But you know this seminar really helped me think less about that. I'm a musican myself and I love expressing my ideas through it...I'm thinking maybe its something I need to start focasing on more often. Everything is hear for a reason...and so am I :)

I received my certification as a Yoga instructor recently, which I've been wanting to do for years but wasn't in the right place in my head and heart to follow through on until this year.
