Funny that I usually enjoy lapping them!! Although I do have a big soft spot for the LC's the RGV does benefit from much more modern engine and far superior handling and brakes it also weighs about half a ton less....Plus point for the LC is cheap rebores and no powervalve problems unlike the RGV..depends on what you want I guess
LOTS! Straight plug heads reprofiled to TZ spec. 1.4mm base gasket and shortened barrels to give correct squish (Avgas spec) along with some porting work and flowed powervalves 34mm carbs and Tyga pipes...the tuning work was done by Conrad Dizoban (top guy ) Who can be contacted on the RGV250couk website...

I want to get the 34mm carb kit & the 23d70 SAPC to bring it up .. Is 55hp asking to much without port & polish work?
