There is one other (more in depth) that appear towards the end of the game. However you can only access that one if you have a current love interest. The most you will see there is a butt and a side boob.

You must speak with them a total of three times during the game then choose witch one you want to bed. The scene is much more steammier than the one shown in the citadel.
