  • Kin Passoth is my Language Arts teachers daughter. She has one sister and one brother

  • Cops will behave or lose their job.

Say what u want here - talk is talk.

    Cya on the street.

  • The fucking idiot SHOULD deserve jail. I hope the kid gets raped by a big one. Little lost cause of a student.

  • you don't have to show i.d. in a PUBLIC place like a library. not even on the street unless they have reasonable probable cause and can be proven in court(ha ha). but this vid is only part of the story , ....

  • If you don't have ID and are told to leave, just leave. You can avoid a whole lot of trouble that way.

  • Kimberly is my teachers daughter. :)

  • 0:56 the girl is talking on her cell phone in the library!

  • It's easy to tell who the cops are on this comment thread. They are the ones who always justify their colleagues' actions no matter how far they crossed the line. That's unfortunate because it makes even the good cops look like bad cops... ...and not all cops are bad...

  • I love it. Taze the fucker. show ur ID you ignorant mother fucker. College kids now days are such pussy fags..show ur fucking ID or get the fuck out SIMPLE..talk shit, raise ur voice in a library. get your ass beat... STUPID RETARD

  • @UCLAAtMike Why you hate asians .Whites and asians have alot in common. For starters you both have 3 inch dicks. hahaha

  • @UCLAAtMike OHHHHHHH! WING WONG TING TONG LING LONG?

  • I watched from beginning to end, waiting for the "EXTREMELY disturbing" part. All I saw was a disobedient little drama queen faggot liberal learning the consequences of disobeying a peace officer and telling peace officers to "fuck off" with some misguided political rant about the Patriot Act (which had nothing to do with this incident) tossed in to gain more attention. This little bastard clearly is used to getting his way when he screams because it probably always worked with Mommy and Daddy.

  • What were they supposed to do with that out of control lunitic.....Sing the Barney song?

  • Ehh ... I despise musclehead asshole police as much as anybody, but this guy might have had it coming.

  • DBTV: It's Chief...........

  • more overzealous cops can be video at the following link threatening to shot a man sleep in his vehicle in the head for no apparent reason, his is soon beaten unconscious after not committing any crime or fight. youtube.com/watch?v=2O9uTL-pyPY

  • That wasn't even disturbing . Lol I was expecting something else.

  • Excuse me if I'm a little 'old school' but just because you don't comply with the policeman doesn't mean HE gets to taze YOU. Time we put our fist up the nice policemans ass! -->>>>>LIVE FREE OR DIE<<<<<-

  • I think we should all look at the BIGGER picture, and that has become when a citizen doesn't comply with law enforcement, THEY assume the right to exercise an increased amount of violence. Good Luck in the future if we allow this behaviour to escalate.

  • attention whore. he came into that library with the intention of making a scene, I guarantee it . psht college kids.

  • hahahaha, stupid shit

  • 2 university cops suggested I could be a burglar. Why? Ahh, because I had a "Mapsco" on my front seat. Cops, and "mental health professionals" are the most extreme fault finders of all time. False accusations? They make all they wish.

  • Get those TASERS away from these dumbass cops. Seriously, why can't your TEAM of officers just handle a teenage student with your ARMS!

  • UCLA will most certainly be sued! I hope he wins a bundle. The 'black eye' he has given UCLA is way more bad PR than anyone can imagine. I have personally dealt with UCLA police and they are certainly over aggressive to students who pay HUGE amounts of money to attend their school. I suggest some other school!

  • jeff young: assistant "cheif" of police? really, college kids?

  • It's funny how some of the students are so "trained" to accept the over use of power.

The cops telling the student to stand after tasing him is laughable at best. He cop let me shock your ass and then tell you to stand up..when you don't in less than 5 seconds I'll shock your ass again...and then keep doing it.

  • Disturbing? Is that a joke?

  • YEARY FAIRY ,and HOWARD the COWARD poored water in my motor oil in fruitland park,FLORIDA,the luitenent BRUNO held my hood,of my chevy truck then they put crack i my truck also,my heart hit the ground LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF watched them we need justice

  • What happened to the good ole' days when they'd get you back to the station, or at least in the squad car, before "entertaining the troops"?

  • I never got a chance to be disturbed because I didn't see SHIT!

This video licked right off my balls

  • That's not disturbing. The idiot got what he deserved.

  • As the Officers continue to tell him to stand-up, he screams in pain and doesn't react. So escort him out of the library or arrest him as they are trained to do. They stand there and essentialy 'torture' the guy in front of all the other students trying to study! I would certainly think twice about enrolling in an institution like UCLA. SORRY!

  • why wasn't he giving his id its really easy to do. if you're looking for trouble you're always going to find it. idiot student.

  • Don't taze me, bro.

  • Yo Kimmmmm, you're cute. Let's have a beeeerrrrrr.

  • Americans please stand up for yourself, pls i beg of you...

  • Maybe he was an Asian on a cell phone. "Ching chong, Ding dong!"

  • the video revealed nothing. we can only hear voices, and sort of see him getting tazed once in the hallway. what the cops and guy getting tazed were saying was pretty typical for any arrest when tazers or force is used (actual police brutality or not).

  • This little temper tantrum was just sad. He was physically fighting the police, don't ever do that if you don't want bruises or pain. C'mon, in college and he didn't know to follow the directions of the police?

  • @Kanthor420 obviously it was some illegal damn fucking fob who can't read, write, speak or understand english worth a damn enough to save his life xD

  • This type of altercations tend to always begin with these numbnuts refusing to follow orders and trying to put that "you dont tell me what to do" attitude with cops.

  • @deathmortis03 That's the problem in this country is that we have a force of hundreds of thousands of people who by law, can kick in your door, order you about, confiscate your stuff. and use any means they wish to get their way. Sure, you can sue them afterwards, but that's small satisfaction when you've already had your ass beaten and your stuff taken away for who knows how long.

  • @Waidesama " Sure, you can sue them afterwards, but that's small satisfaction when you've already had your ass beaten and your stuff taken away for who knows how long"

yeah but in Amercia you can sue for ridulcous amount of money

  • They didn't know It's a library.... their low IQ wasn't able to process that fast the information, they thought It's a night club ...

  • how the hell could that buzz haired idiot think that was ok? Assface.

  • @SeizeYourFace you're the typical self-righteous person that cops would love to clobber and send to prison.

  • @AlmostDutchman i asked a cop to keep an eye on my bike for one second while i ran into a store to check a price i wasnt even going to buy anything and he told me " No, I'm not gunna be responsible for it "

  • police like this should be humped by an elephant

  • libraries are a good place to get blowjobs

  • Fuck him

  • You have to also take into consideration that some people become very annoying and SELF-RIGHTEOUS when a police officer questions them or just want to check their ID. Some if not all brutality or rather necessary force is justified.

  • @Eternalmysteryable fuck you, your mommas a whore

  • Wierd policy. In my school anyone can come in. They want people to come in and use the place. It often leads to them wanting an education and becoming a student.

Obviously they over use their tasers though.

  • a lot of cops, not all, but a lot of cops are fucking scumbags. they are stupid so they don't even know the laws that they are supposed to be enforcing. how can a fucking moron who doesn't understand what laws are or how they work enforce them? they should require a fucking IQ test to join the police force, that would think out the herd quite a bit. there is nothing funny about false arrest, or having your civil rights violated by some ignorant redneck dick sucking police officer.

  • @murphyhurtme YEAH !!!! YES !!! brilliant idea anyone with a high enough IQ would be able to tell the difference between an every day joe or jane and a real hardened criminal

  • In this day & age, EVERYONE should be ready, able & willing to show I.D. on demand.People need to understand it's for the safety of the community, I don't LIKE haveing to prove who I am either, but times have changed, & we all need to change with it. & If this all helps to keep terrorists & Loonatics from attacking innocent people, then I'm all for it! ....(Annoying as it is!)

  • Comment removed

  • @01Chitoman doesn't even have to just be terrorists and lunatics. it could also be illegal fobs who are here to escape poverty or whatever and just living in the country illegally. there are consequences for that. especially the part about sneaking into the country undetected. if they get injured or ill in any way, shape or form. they're screwed. they can't get medical attention without a proper visa.

  • After 9/11, Americans better be careful......The Patriot Act is serious business... All Americans better look at 9/11 again; We live in a police state.

  • @Born2Flesh

Seriously, you should be careful of what you say online. I'm not american so I'm probably ok, but considering how idiotic most of america seems to have been turned into, there are a lot of idiots who might take extreme action against your balanced and undoubtedly constructive criticism.

  • @Born2Flesh it expires may 29 2011

  • @Born2Flesh Read.....thesovnewsDotcom Gen.Yevgeniy Primakov former head of KGB wrote nearly 500 pages of Patriot Act. which couldn't have been completed in approx. 1-2 mts. after 911.

  • If you think this is random then you won't know they have been training cops for this for the last ten years,Please watch Police state 2000 then Police state 2,3 and 4.These doco's cover ten years of cops being trained and millitsrised against the american people.Search here on youtube,Remember you are their enemy.

  • SISSY PUNK. AHHHH!!! I'm not fighting you. BAAAAHAAA!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'd like shoot that bitch reporting with my own tazergun

  • dont taze me bro hahahhaha

  • Sounds like a worthless Poly Sci major and wanted to put on a show. I hope it was worth them 50k volts you stupid idiot!

  • 0:37 SPELL 'CHIEF' PROPERLY!!

  • @ihatelameusernames "i" before "e" except after "c"... duh! don't you see the "C" in Chief?? hahaha

  • Relax Jinppa, get a clue....Listen to the person yelling, not cooperating, shouting profanities about the "Patriot Act". Come on, he was yelling in a UCLA library, its supposed to be quiet....people are trying to concentrate and study...

  • @DanceItTV i'm sorry, the way you phrased this is that people should get tazzed for yelling in a library.

  • @RebeltilliDie45

You do realise most coroners works for police, right?

  • @RebeltilliDie45

I'm not against using tazers for SELF DEFENSE.

I am against using tazers on people who are not attacking you or anyone else.

Do you really believe that skinny student was real threat to three (3) police officers? :D

If you get tazered, you can die even hours after the shock, because tazer can cause permanent damage to your heart, and it is especially dangerous if you have some heart condition. I know cases where people have died in the lockup after getting tazed.

  • @RebeltilliDie45

Please, don't be fool. Just type "tazer kills" to search field. In case it's too hard for you:

    /watch?v=qydMZepNFNg

    /watch?v=0d3P1KR3SJc

<-- Police didn't understand guy who spoke russian - insta-tazered. Xenophobic, eh?

  • The student was RESPECTFULLY asked to present ID & then leave when they failed to produce the requested identification. Such is a disrespect to the school & all around them. Producing ID helps keeps universities safe & prevent thugs from gaining a foothold on school grounds. The kid in this vid is a punk & got what he deserved. To say the cops were abusing their power is liberal bullshit.

  • lazy "students" are adults who do not whant to work. christ

  • If the simpleton had obeyed the lawful demands of the police to leave with them, instead of shrieking like a PCP soaked madman, he wouldn't have had a problem. By his behavior he insisted on being tazed. (Seek and ye shall receive). They should have zapped the hysterical ninny a few more times just on principle.

  • They later found out the kid was on PCP.

  • How is this disturbing? It was more funny than anything else.

  • What a sissy that screaming guy way . I go to the UCLA library specifically for the TAZE sometimes. I wake up feeling like a million bucks. Also good for the immune system.

  • What else is going on UCLA?

  • I don't give a fuck if the dude was whipping out his dick and running around screaming. Cops aren't supposed to torture students. End of statement.

  • @thewolfkiba thank you for your sane, rational and honest comment. You are correct. Cops are not supposed to torture students. If he was being loud, he should have been escorted outside---not electrocuted. Sadly, most people apparently did not react to the video the way you did, which is a shame. Thanks again.

  • @TFWC88 I'm a college student and if this happened on MY campus, I would be outraged. College students go through hell day in and day out. Nobody deserves this. Nobody.

  • Comment removed

  • @jwhitty14 I'm stupid? Why? Because I use proper grammar, can explain myself in a coherent way, and express my whole opinion? Your comment makes no sense. You explained nothing.

  • @thewolfkiba torture?

  • @UsernameIsBad1 The excessive screams that you hear from the student. You wouldn't consider that torture? He sounds on the verge of crying if he isn't already

  • @thewolfkiba No i wouldn't it's not good that they did this but he wouldn't get out so they tased him, i don't see why you call this torture, its torture beacause he screams? I just don't understand how this is torture in anyway shape or form, he kept refusing to leave so he got tased, not tortured

  • @thewolfkiba The way I got from it was he couldn't leave because he was on the floor screaming and he couldn't get up

  • @thewolfkiba didn't look like he was tortured. It looked like he wasn't doing what the cops said so he got tased again and again. if it was torture then he was doing it to himself.

  • @shaobri8 Somehow, if you were that guy, I don't think you're statement would stand very well

  • @thewolfkiba I would never be that guy. Thats the point.

  • Typical police brutality ... Them brain washed students make me laugh, bunch of brown noses...

  • oh big tough police officers (6 of them or more) can't handle one college student

  • These police are going to wake up to the wrong person , they will beat the hell out of them

  • What the hell. These people are supposed to be our PROTECTORS! I have not yet gone to college. What kind of a future will my generation be living in? Will the police tase people at random and just- I'm sickened. Is this the kind of future I want?

  • lmao airhead @ the end

  • You tube search: Racial Profiling Caught On Video!

  • Those policemen function at such a low level. Seriously, the U.S. needs to make serious changes in its "justice" system. There are good police officers, but many that I've seen and have observed are just anxious people who want suspects/victims to retaliate so that they can play with their weapons and abuse their authority. If they want to fight so bad they should become UFC fighters. Seriously, psychologists would be better policemen than policemen.

  • @Kisho3 I agree completely. When police departments make a case for a bigger budget, they make it sound like they can't get by without new weapons and gadgets. These must be questioned, because as we see with the tazer problem, cops taze people for any trivial reason. Cops are irresponsible. It also wedges the distance between "us" and "them." Same for drug testing, radar, lasers, anything that can be used against us will be used against us. Makes a worse, adversarial society.

  • @Kisho3 Americans need to make changes, period.

One thing I find really offensive is the American media and teaming up with dumb blond skimpy tramps to help them brain wash people, corrupting them and rotting their brain cells. it makes America look and sound incredibly messed up, rude and racist when they only have random whites and random blacks on the cover of magazines, for both males and females. Ethnics deserve to be loved and accepted in the place we call HOME.

  • @Kisho3, you're a fucking lowlife moron.

  • @ShaytanBozorg I think we can clearly see who is the "fucking lowlife moron" here.

  • @Kisho3, go shoot a cop, you bitch.

  • That's the difference. A german police officer would talk and argue with him, since there was no actual danger - and finally maybe use some Judo-stuff. But this is just an abuse of power and weaponry..

  • UCLgAy.

  • @imashomer You're just jealous that you never received an education.

  • "EXTREMELY Disturbing"? Whatever.

  • Aren't people supposed to be safe with policemen, not worry that they might be tased for no good reason other than because they were " disrespectful " ?

Cops are supposed to be paid to carry out their duties with integrity, justice and compassion, not feel like everyone else must be struck into " obedience ".

And Americans want to impose their understanding of human rights on the rest of the world.

  • Even if the kid did not show his ID or was " disrespectful " or " non-compliant ", did the kid actually do or say anything upfront to warrant such brutality ?

Like what someone else here mentioned, saying " Stop resisting " when the other party is doing nothing of the sort, should not protect the authorities from over-reacting by repeatedly tasing thereby paralyzing him with pain, yet demanding that he stand up.

  • The student did not what to show his I.D. for being in the library and to be tazed that many times. I hope he slaps a lawsuit against the police department because that is abusive. After being tazed and then stand up because the cops asked him to. Who is the one in care of the safety of others? He wanted to express our rights, in which is being taken more and more away, from us.Maybe there is more to this story but this is the impression I am getting from this.

  • This is bullshit! These officers should be tased!!! FOREVER!!!! DOWN WITH ULCA POLICE!!

  • just leave the fucking library why make a scene --"

  • BE QUIET GUYS! ALEXANDRA WALLACE IS TRYING TO STUDY!

  • @EganForNevada Because it gives more authority to police and other enforcement agencies and makes them far less accountable for anything they do.

  • Lol why do liberal students always get in a cops' face and shout "let me get ur badge number!!" Sit down already dumb kids.

  • If he was resisting they have the right to tazer him. I don't think they should of used a tazer tho the baton is less painful and how many cops were there? the tazing was unnecessary

  • @TheBetsyforever Even if there are more of them than there are of him and they are bigger and stronger?

  • @M1thotyn That's why i said the tazing is unecessary

  • @M1thotyn That's why i said the tazing is necessary**

  • @TheBetsyforever So the tazing is necessary because they know they wont get in trouble and because they are bigger than him and outnumber him? That makes sense.

  • @M1thotyn fuck, NO! spell check fail. THE TAZING IS UNNECESSARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! READ WHAT I WROTE THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

  • @TheBetsyforever Wrong. You said "unecessary" and then corrected it with "Necessary**"

  • @M1thotyn IF YOU READ WHAT SHE WROTE THE FIRST TIME OBVIOUSLY SHE MEANT UNNECESSARY. THE SECOND TIME SHE SPELLED "UNNECESSARY" WRONG! THE THIRD TIME IS WHERE THE SPELL CHECK FAILED!

  • @hellarabies You had better stop shouting or else I am going to make sure that your father wets the paddle when he gets here. Do you hear me young man?

  • @M1thotyn YOU SPELLED IT WRONG DUMBFUCK

  • @hellarabies No, I didn't. It was a quote. Now go brush your teeth and go to bed before I have to go get your father. Do you want the lexan paddle again? Huh? That's it, I'm going to get your father.

  • fuck cops kill them this shits crazy

  • This doesn't surprise me at all, American police these days are the new gangsters where the rule of law is blatant thuggery.

Cops are not to be trusted with your life under any circumstance, they will kill you for no reason if given the chance.

If I wanted to become a psychopathic mass murderer and get away with it, I'd become a cop.

  • College students have a misconception that they have the right to do whatever the fuck they want.

  • COMPLY stupid ass! fuck these people are so stupid.

  • He was asked to leave when he refused to provide id. Then refused to leave. So what's the problem ? He s trespassing at that point. The little puke thought he d impress his friends by bein the bad ass and got put in his place. End of story. Good job police.

  • @1708jack I agree. Imagine being a cop and having to put up with all the young punks who think they can do whatever they want. I'd keep tazering the punk until he quit talking.

  • Well here you have the ultimate DUMB-ASS interviewed at 1.52 Andrew (AKA STUPID LIBERAL ROBOT) Not knowing what happened but exercising his stupidity, "Yeah, if he did something wrong or if your not a student you have to leave at a certain time, I think they did the right thing?" WHAT AN IDIOT!

  • No ID with him and refusing to comply with the request to leave the area.Get real, this was a lawful arrest.

  • @Bulletproof146

Does lawful mean same as fair to you? Did the student assault the officers? No?

Why they taze him then? Do you know tazer can kill, even healthy persons?

  • @Jinppa They shocked him because he resisted an officer. He was attempting to evade arrest. I'd say that's reason enough to jolt him.

Now, tasers can kill but for the most part, they don't. In both firing mode and "drive-stun", the taser fires 50k volts into the body. "Drive-stun" directly targets the sensory nervous system, though as you are making direct contact at "point-blank". Do not use on women who are pregnant.

  • @caringisntfun I'm pretty sure those policemen were capable of cuffing him and carrying him off. They only tased him cuz they wanted to.

  • @Jinppa You cannot tell by the poor footage if the man was resisting or not so it is not fair to assume force was unjust. You do not even know specifics of the situation other than what the reporters told you.

  • I love all the cop toadies in the comments. "Cops are always right and are gods. He deserved their wrath." One of the reasons my county -- and most others -- laugh at the U S A... a bunch of ill-informed half-wits have the keys to the guns and the cages, and a bunch of other illiterate suck-ups make sure the 'status' quo doesn't change. P.S. The US army couldn't fight it's way out of a paper bag. A bunch of new shiny bauble weaponry, and no real training.

  • @genreslur

I agree with u hating on the cops, I am from america and i hate most police. Some are good men but most are power tripping assholes. What you said about the U.S army though..HAHAHAHA! u called other people ill-informed half-wits? the United States has the most powerful, most advanced, most well trained military in the world. I dare you to say something like that to a Navy seal, a green beret, a marine, a ranger, or even just a recruit. we've been at war for 11 years, thats training!

  • @genreslur ok maybe the comments about the cops are true to some extent....... But the US Army....... First off what the hell does that have to do with the cops?.... Second What army do you think even comes close to the US armed forces?. They are the best trained and best armed forces in the world. Nobody.......Nobody comes close. I would like to know what country you are from.........

  • @Chuck225a He`s from Vietnam, AND TEHY FUCKED YOUR ASS UP!!!! BRRRRZZZZZ

  • All i see is a whiny ass college boy. Trying to act big and bad and got tased. He deserved it.

  • how was he suppose to stand up if they kept tasing him... ?? doesn't make sense.

  • Hmmmm, obey the rules, listen to orders, dont get tased...lol, what a whiny little girl!

  • Here's a tip.

When a cop asks you to do something reasonable... like get out or get up or stop resisting... just fucking do it. Simple as that.

  • show us you tits

  • Most of you writing here are ignorant.Life is easy if you keep your head down, but the moment you raise it,it is put back down forcefuly.Do you really think that you are free man and women?!Try and demand your rights with someone from the police, lets see what theyll do to you.You have never experienced life, this kid has,he stood for something, even if its for showing off.Youll never be free, just because you are satisfied with your every day routine. But your kids will live in this world too...

  • @fakercic Hmmm... How to describe you in a vernacular you might understand...?

    Idjit!

  • @fakercic bro you write. these people think they are free or even educated its not even funny how simple and programed people are its like walking amongst zombies.

  • Guess his smart ass showing off in front of his friends didn't work out. They should now hunt down his parents and taser them for being bad parents.

  • That footage is extremely disturbing and frightening,we cant have our police put at risk of injury through thugs like this shouting at them that loudly.

  • Can you imagine what this kid was like growing up. I feel sorry for his parents. If they don't discipline, someone else will.

  • Ya call this "extremely disturbing"? Crybaby leftist drama queen student fucks all need a good shitkicking.

  • @dogterd Awww. Mad that they actually graduated highschool when you didn't?

  • nothing wrong with what they did he was resisting so they did what they had to do, and judging by his screams DONT TOUCH ME DONT TOUCH ME prolly intoxicated or undder the influence of some sort of narcotic , good job officers did what ya had to do to

  • Apparently, this is perfectly legitimate police conduct in the USA. All universities in the USA and Canada now have their own policemen patrolling the campus. Therefore, students should be warned about the possibility of being attacked by the police if they draw attention to themselves. This is the USA, and the taser as well as all other lethal weapons are here to stay.

  • hahaha this guy screaming is a tool

  • Sorry, but I don't see anything here which is "EXTREMELY disturbing". This kid refused to be IDd, refused to leave, and police used reasonable force to make him comply with the law. (Might this be the "DON'T TAZE ME, BRO" case? Very similar, if not). Young liberal kids will ALWAYS call any police action "extremely disturbing" when they witness it, due to their own naivety and immaturity. Let them be a victim once or twice, and they'll be calling for the perp's blood, instead.

  • Whats crazy here is that most students are to young to know what happened in nazi germany and how it all started with "PAPERS PLEASE" you should study your constitution and bill of rights because you're very lucky to have them. It's always ok for someone else to get tased until it happens to you!!! and believe me without checks and balances for these authorities they will be out of control or rather in total control.

  • @2wheels88 The library at UCLA is not public property. By asking for ID after 10pm they're only protecting those who have a right to be there. When the kid couldn't produce ID they asked him to leave. He could have simply walked out of the library and gone home to get drunk, but he decided to oppose their authority, placing other students at risk. This has nothing to do with Nazi Germany.

  • @daschlaghey Well I don't know about that, they had the right to remove him but they went over board and the kid sued and won $220,000 good on him they deserved it acting like fuken nazi's with their little tasers.

  • @2wheels88 really started in nazi germany you havent heard about similar ID requests from earlier days? you might wanna look that up? also the kid deserved to get tasered and anyone who interfered w/ it the kid sounds crazy screaming like that if he listened to the officer he would have walked out fine and not been tasered this guy did it to get some money out of it and stir trouble

  • @nicamy8988 Ive heard of earlier examples and tyranies, but people remeber the Nazi example of course Hitler learnt a lot from Mussollini but It was only an example the point your overlooking is that if a judge gave him a payout it was because he found in court that his behavior did not deserve tasering no matter what you think, it was ruled by a court of law therefore he deserved a payout and if he played the cops perfectly because they are stupid and too aggressive and overreacted. My opinion.

  • @2wheels88 true, but in a court of law doesnt mean much to me because the case could have been like the time it happened or the exact place in the room and if those little things arent found accurate they can close the case in the suspects favour so it might have just been a bad lawyer for the cops. i went to court to hear a case of rape the problem was the victim couldnt prove beyond reasonable doubt that it happened on the day she specified so he was not guilty even though they proved rape

  • @nicamy8988 It might not mean much to you but you have nothing to do with this case,it certainly meant a lot to him and the cop after the judge ruled and cops can generally afford better lawyers than some kid so I'd say he won fair and square. It was an abuse of authority the court thought so and thats the bottom line end of discussion. He got his money and it goes in the books as a win for the kid no matter what you may think or believe.

  • @2wheels88 ive every right to comment my opinion and the cop if attacked can and is allowed to fight back using the force continuum to neutralize the threat to himself. plus the kid SHOULDNT hvae won i know he did and cant change that obviously im just trying to get reasonable people to understand that he shouldnt have won ok also you have nothing to do w/ this case either? who the fuck do you think you are saying who is or isnt part of this?

  • @nicamy8988 Don't get your panties in a knot I did not say anywhere in my comment that you have no right to comment. I said you had nothing to do with his case (neither did I) meaning we have no input into the outcome of it and the results are what they are. He shouldn't have won you are right but as I said earlier he played the dumb cops perfectly and used their aggression to get a case against them OK? do u understand? is this reasonable enough for you.Comment all you like I'm outtie!!!

  • @2wheels88 you said i have nothing to do w/ this neither do you so why say it? i know the results are what they are thats just obvious what im saying is to the rest of the people is explaining why the kid was in the wrong not the cops as a lot of these people are saying. what you DONT understand is he didnt play the cops they did what they were supposed to people just didnt look at it like that they just assumed they were in the wrong do you get it? fine be out just means you dont understand

  • Listen people and spread the word!!!! Get on juries and nullify the cases that deal with crimes on police. The power of one vote and a way to fight back.
