Instructional Video -- How to upload a video on to Myspace

I've been trying for hours to upload a video to my myspace music page. I'm on a mac though. I save the information, click save, and page says wait for the video to load but there isn't even a loading bar. Basically nothing happens but it says to wait. If I disconnect though it changes and says "error", and that I interrupted the upload... when nothing was happening. Please help.

if u have "real player"

just move the mouse over the video and a box will pop up saying daownload video hit ok...

after that u just go to myspace>video>upload>and just search the video that u saved(its on ur h.d look for it)

uploaded and there you go..

these is the only way i now how to do it.

How can i get my video to pop up in the browse box. like you said the video was right there in the file box when you clicked the browse button. how can i find my video in the browser box, such as in the documents or my computer etc, etc. in other words how can i get my video that i had saved pop up in the browser box? please email me at mrgreg32@hotmail/com thankyou for your help.
