I just cooked kale tonite for the first time. I used the boiling method and it came out really good - no strong flavor. Tossed in some balsamic, sunflower seeds, olive oil, and cut black olives after it was cool rinsed. Next time I'll try your saute method to get some garlic into the mix. Thanks !
