I think what this guy means by a "right to a lawyer" is "I have a right to have someone else pay for my lawyer".

I don't make it a habit of debating in the comment section of youtube.
Just for the record? I wasn't breaking the law. I was arrested and we had a trial and I was acquitted.
The fact that I was told that I had no right to a lawyer is very very very scary.
The Cops lied in a court of law and the Judge was very upset.
The government use this system to jail the less fortunate and this is how Ashley Smith died in prison.

You're healthy enough to walk around complaining to people on their way to work, yet based on your video you appear to be on social assistance? You can afford a good quality video camera, and yet you want MY tax dollars to provide a lawyer for YOUR criminal offense? Perhaps you should save a little of your money, stop buying "toys" and pay your own fees when YOU CHOOSE to break the law and get into trouble! You're a grown man! stop whining and take responsibility for yourself! How embarassing

What the hell is the matter with you? no wonder you got arrested. You want a public defender every time you choose to harass public servants? This has nothing to do with you being poor. It's not an offense that should waste any of the court's time.
