The taliban is evil and the way they treat women in afghanistan is disgusting. It has now been voted as the number 1 country as the most violent against women. I don't see a passage in the quran where women are to be raped, badly beaten and killed or where innocents are to be oppressed and murdered. That country is in ramshackles from its own fundamentalists.

Yup ! It was the government moving towards a great future of Islamic Country with Islamic Sharia. People living in Afghanistan know much better that which government is best, the Taliban's or the latest one of US friend Karzai.

America soon will leave Taliban ,, because they totally lost the war. US created them to stop Russia. Then both helped Taliban to stop each other. But when the student came in & stood against the dictation of these countries. US got angry & attacked Afghanistan.

the leadership of the Taliban were educated but weren't fully organised. Thats why scholars say that their government was the only Islamic government in todays times, although it was not a fully Islamic socio-econmic system. Dr Israr (rh) said that in their later years other scholars & academics began helping them. its just that the way they are portrayed by the West is that any bad thing a bearded Afghan done was immediately broadcast as if it was some policy of the Taliban.

WOW iam amased by the Taliban i used to few nagetive beliefs about them but now i know better they came about coz of rape case and they whent on to conquer 80% of Afghanistan

1. they are a student group

2. they came about coz of a rape case

3. they took a fatwa from their shiekh

4. they whent and punished the culprits

5.they established the Sharia

6. they stopped the flow of opium traficking

Most might not agree with this, but here is a fact & warning that you might want to take heed of. The problem with this earth is with people. Yet people follow blindly, the blind. Never allow your government to enforce religion, since they are not god. Men do not play fair, they cheat, they lie, they steal... Yet you give them something as sacred as the power to control religion. Only fools follow anything so blindly with out questioning it. No government of any kind is a friend of Gods.

The Taliban gave law & order to afghanistan when it was being torn apart by corrupt warlords, drugdealers and rapists. There was no suicide bombing that started after the invasion. They stopped the production of drugs and this has also been recorded by UN.

Instead of worrying about which kind of shari'ah Muslims follow, I advise you to renounce your kufr qadiani beliefs and stop following a liar.

The taliban did not attack the towers.there is no proof of it in fact those arrested were said to be german or trained in germany.why have america not went to war with germany.? The moment it happened mr bush blamed the afghan.then he went further to say this is world war 3. Why did he say that.? He needed to make sure that the blame was placed on those that oppose america thus allowing america to continue supporting israel.

If the Taliban would have never attacked the tower the american people would not have supported any war. I believe people of the world need to take point and notice what is occurring with the superpowers of the world.

The governments of the world are working to gather to try to make a world power. There are people in america becoming aware and forming militia & its in our constitution that we are able to do so. Yet our government is labeling us terrorist. Like the IRA We need to wake up!

The Taliban did not attack the American people. The 9/11 attacks have been blamed on OBL, who was seperate from the Taliban. The Taliban was the government of Afghanistan. OBL was a guest in that country. Taliban refused to hand him over, instead they asked for proof so they can punish him by their own laws.

There was and still is no proof. 9/11 was just quickly blamed on Muslims. no investigation, no evidence. nothing.

OBL, took credit for the attack. What more proof would have been needed? The attack was not blamed on Muslims it was blamed on OBL and the Taliban. To normal american this is not a holywar, most Americans are not heavily religious. Also note most american's don't want war & bush one day might be held accountable for his own actions depending on what happens with our government growing hostile to its own citizens.  The war should have ended with Afghanistan & everyone understands that!
