@Elaine6500: Have you ever seen or heard Michel Pagliaro? I love this song/video from Corey, but Michel put out the best complete English album I've ever heard from a Montrealer. Still lives there, too. Check out his self-titled album from 1971 - "Some Sing, Some Dance"; "Lovin' You Ain't Easy"; etc.
absolutely one of his best songs ever. although he has some extraordinary songs with the same wishful and motivational intention, just as never surrender or thrut will set you free. i wish i could presence him alive someday. love to all of you who feel the beauty of life through music and voices like these.
Corey Hart captured the soul searching we all experience throughout life in this extraordinary beautifully written and performed song...some songs stay with you for a lifetime, this is one of them ...listening to this almost 23 years on it still evokes the same wistful, yet optimistic feeling from when I first heard it.
My brother just passed away and this was both his and my favorite Corey song. (hope that is worded right) My brother took me to see him in concert and it is a memory I will cherish forever.
@MayBnutz Sorry for your loss, but you both have good taste in music. :) I too have this in common with my brother. And we also saw him in Concert together. Was awesome.
Estimated friend, if you want to listen again this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - looks for his direction URL in Google ( search Musica para Mimos in Google)-. best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is great, is very good ...!!!
another underated song from Corey,(great potent duo with this lady singer) seems his music was starting to evolve but
radio was shunning him cause they always want to take charge, his self titled 1996 gem is still a favorite as well as his last effort Jade, Would like to see him get out
and make some songs again, music needs some soul back in it!
I uploaded a rare Corey song that I have not seen on here. It's a b-side, bonus track. No joke. It's the song with some pics of mine. /watch?v=TCB2-X2Nix8
Seriously....between this song, Never Surrender, and I Am By Your Side, I should probably thank Corey personally for helping me through the rougher patches of my adolescence!!!
Amazing song ...

That is personal opinion. I saw Pagliaro in concert in the 70"s. Fantastic show from what I remember.

I liked all of his singles (and 90% of what was on his albums) but this is probably my fave song, followed closely by "It Ain't Enough".
