I cant wear a bathing suit but im sure they wont care, cuz i went like 1 or 2 years ago without a bathing suit and they still let me go on all the water rides. I hope they do this year too.
i'll give you the best advice i gotten...go to the ride that are far away from the enterance...& i never been to the waterpark side soo i really dnt know, but if you go to the ride more far away you wont have to wait for a long time....
Well, Dorney Park usually isn't extremely busy, only on Saturdays. But, Wildwater Kingdom is always PACKED so be prepared for very long lines there. As for the coasters, 10-15min waits are the norm.

Thunderhawk may have a line about 10mins since it's the ONLY wooden coaster in the park. So as soon as you arrive go straight to Talon, because that always has a line...Then quickly make you're way down to Voodoo!! that was new for this year and always has a line of like 20mins. And with Wildwater Kingdom ALWAYS HAS LONGGG LINES! Hope I helped!!
