you're 21, and you've bought stuff that a 16 year old would buy. In my opinion you should step up your shopping game. Walmart and Wetseal aren't the stores I think of buying things from when I want to present myself in the best way. If you're concerned about staying on a budget, shop at H&M or Forever21...try to hit up a sale at Macy's or Lord & Taylor.
