Good oolong is the ones that been aged. As the name oolong imply, confused tea as it is just in the middle of no where... There is no such thing as a bad oolong. You just have to age them for the best flavor. Want to know tea? look for a fukian or chiu chow individual and they will show you how to drink tea. Screw taiwanese they only produce 2nd rated tea most of the time.
@hvuu Because Oolong tea is semi-oxidized, different degree of oxidation will cause totally different flavor. That's why different areas has their own unique oolong teas. You can hardly compare Taiwan, Guongdong, or Fukien Oolong teas with a single standard because there are so many subtypes. By the way, the best oolongs (such as award-wining ones) in Taiwan are consumed by local connoisseurs. It is possible that you can hardly find those best Oolong in the western market.
IM DRINKING TI KUAN YIN (MONKEY PICKED) RIGHT NOW SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD. ITS THE BEST TASTING TOO HAHA. I LOST 2 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS JUST BY DRINKING IT WITH EVERY MEAL!!
@dancelife450 You can't say you've lost 2 pounds in 3 days. It's too small a number that could be affected by water weight and what time you day you weigh yourself.
That is a green tea and I don't think it's monkey pick. How much you paid for it. Cause I know the price. And real monkey pick are rare. And such a waste if you don't know how to brew it correctly.
be aware of jingtea, they really ripped me off. when i ordered li shan for 50 g they send me one tea and when i ordered 250 g they send me absolute crap....totally different tea, totally different leaf quality and tea.. total rip off be aware
@Baraquiel62 It's supposed to help with hypertension, weight problems. its the perfect remedy if you have too much greasy fried high cholesterol food. personally, it helps me to relax and concentrate like nothing else. when i'm on coffee I feel like punching the shit out of the guy sitting next to me. When i'm on tea its much easier to focus on the task at hand.
i got a bag that says oolong tea but also tam chau, which is vietnamese words. is tam chau tea is the translate version of oolong tea in vietnamese? or is it the brand of oolong tea in vietnamese words? please reply
Good overview of oolongs, but this looks like just a rehearsal. Practice a couple more times and re-shoot and it will come out much better and more information can be integrated.
this guy should have a cup of oolong to calm down for filming
