I loved, and still love, my grandmother very much ♥ She lived up the road from me my entire life.Towards the end of July in 2010, she became very sick, and was in the hospital. She was hooked up to all sorts of wires and in a medically induced coma for the last 9 days of her life. The doctors said she could hear us... So when I went to see her for the last time, I sat next to her, held her hand, and sang this song to her. She squeezed my hand and smiled at me ♥ This song is our song now ♥
