Deathproof was awesome as genre piece that QT elevated to art. His weakest film? Yes. Vomit inducing? Hardly. As a director, Quentin has yet to misstep. Don't take my word for it. Every single one of his films have recieved 80% or higher on Rotten Tomatoes. Inglourious Basterds is NOT too long, rather it is one of his tightest films yet. Although filled with dialogue, the pacing is brisk, not letting up until the explosive climax. Definitely a great film from Quentin Tarantino.
