@Bradleysauce- You can figure it out pretty easy from watching this video (i did anyway) but the main chord is a jazzy C, i play it 3-5-4-0-0. that being the 3rd fret on the A string and so forth. So the verses and C, F, C, Em, F/G repeated. Prechorus is G & C. Chorus is Am, Em, Dm, Am then on the "o night divine" high part is a walk down from C, Bm7, Am, G, F, then back to G.... Sorry if this sounds super confusing, hopefully it helps!
@TannerBurge- actually the "jazzy C" is -32430. i believe this is a 'Cmaj9'. In the album version, i think he just plays -32000. The whole chord progression is correct, except that the 'Bm7' is a 'G/B'
