ah field day, lots of fun. this is one of the times when hams get together to show off a little.. you know to show off your ideas of portable stations. on of my ham friends has a two wheeled dolly cart. his batts on the bottom and the radio stack is all above that he has his hf rig, tuner, vhf/uhf rig. others hams display thier antenna collection on thier vehicles. its all in good fun though. as long as it stays simple. stations going 23alpha spoil the fun i like i with just a few stations,
