The PS1 was able to get V8's levels by switching the discs, but it lacked a lot in graphics, & the N64 had really great graphics , but lets face it, you'll have to be really stupid to pause the game & switch the cartages in hopes of getting the old levels...

I played the N64 version first... the music in the PS version always sounded odd to me as a result. Still an awesome song either way.

i liked the ps1 version much better don't get me wrong i'm not a fanboy it's just that the ps1 version is on CD the cd's have a way much better sound quality compared to the cartridge format also it can storage way much voice or something like that.

I forgot how bad the n64 version is compared to the ps1. I first played the game on the original playstation and didn't have my own ps at the time so i bought it on 64. Man the music just terrible on n64 games.

Super dreamland 64 in the original v8 is border line homo and I believe it was designed with the intent on making fun of many of the 64 games that were out at that time.

I love the first Vigilante 8 game and the second offense is even better except only one thing: When you finish a level in arcade (or other modes if anyone is trying to correct me) you don't get a passcode :( that's the only thing i don't like but i still love the game on the N64.

@s6d6j6 I TOTALLY agree with you man. in a sens the N64 version is more realistic because the game takes place mostly in 1977 and the predominant music back then was disco, funk and rock n roll. That's why i make it cooler on these N64 version. By the inverse, the PS1 sound more 1990's music made from sythesizers. That means that the PS1 version is kind an anachronism from the way it sounds
