I love this Iron!!!! i have really silky hair and before this came out my curls would just fall flat.:( But this curler is actually really easy to use you just have to know how to use it to see its potential. So its actually a very good, different type of curler.

This curler sucks. Perhaps my hair is too coarse but the curl doesn't form and I'm doing it right. Maybe if it got hotter it would work better. But for now, it was a waste of money.

Alrighty people; I bought this on December 31 and I watched the DVD that came with it and I also read the directions, so I did wat it told me to do and all it did was curl like a tiny piece of it. So you all might not even want to buy this and waist 30 dollars for it.

I figured the first couple curls I tried were going to be crap (they were!) based on all the other reviews but I watched an HSN sales demo and figured out the trick. For me anyways, it's ESSENTIAL that you "re-define" the curl right when your done. By that I mean just a quick twirl around your finger and voila! Perfect! Take your time and practice. It delivers what it promises.

this product is bogus. If you look at 51 seconds and 1:04 you'll notice the end of the girls hair is already curled! It also leaves weird crimps as you pull it through you hair. Crimps were cool in the 80's and they will definitely not be making a comeback anytime soon.

It works great leave my hair shiny and soft. The curling part took some practice but after you get it it looks great! i even figured out how to make it not crease =] it works better than my straightener. And its great for college! you only have to bring one and you get both =]

i just got one of these and i spent the longest time trying to curl my hair....but you have to go pretty slow for it to work...the lady goes pretty fast..i did it exaclty the way she did...but slower..i love it

i got this a few days ago and i wouldnt recommend it. maybe i just dont get how to do it or what, but curling your hair with a curling iron is much less time consuming and your for sure gonna get a curl. with this curler if the pieces are not exactly the same size the curls dont look the same. it is a good straightener though

This is a GREAT tool. But the "curls" just seem more like gentle waves to me. I think I still get a tighter curl with my regular curling iron. But I'll definitely be using this.

soo i got this lik 3 days ago and i was relly excited but atfirst it didnt work all it takes is practice on the instructions it says low heat but i have thick hair so i had to use high heat and it relly works but i had to watch the video bout 5 times before i got the hang of it =) i love my conair you style!!!

I dont like the creases it leaves along the hair before it gets to the curly part.

But maybe that's just these girls poor technique and not the device's fault.

@EmmyKBee Didn't leave creases on me, but I didn't leave it in my hair long enough for that to happen I don't think. I basically put it in and twisted right away, and sure enough there was a wave.

@EmmyKBee yeah it does leave creases i just got it for christmas but i can't get it to work, i spent about half a hour today trying it out and iv watch the video SIX times read the instructions a few time it will not curl.

i want this for christmas but my hair is like crazy thick. dont think it would work lol. it takes me about one hour to curl my hair with a curling iron and my hair is very wavy already. doubt it works on really thick hair...

@runwithme52 Yeah you might actually have to blow it out straight first then. I got mine today and I have sort of medium fine hair and the curls were more like soft waves. It was pretty just not what I expected.

but the You Styler actually works on my hair...I was pleasantly surprised, I'd try it if I were you, and hey if it doesn't work you can return it!

but make sure you've tried it a couple of times cuz the techniques takes a few tries to master

I bought it against many reviews that say curling doesn't work. But it did work on my hair in the first try! I'm so happy about it! Though..the curls are still a bit funny because the curls aren't in the right places...but I will learn how to perfect those curls in no time....plus it's really fun :-P....and the bottom line is it does work.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. Great straightener! The problem with the curling is when you open the package its hard to find out how to curl! Once I saw this, I finally got it! I love it!

you people just arn't doing it right.

you have to make it curl around the bottom , ot the top cooling blade , thats how you get the nice curl.

it usually takes me and hour to curl my hair with this it took me five minutes.
