@XboxKittyProductions That really depends on how much you want to spend and when. Intel has the X58 and upcoming X68 for enthusiasts, and the P55 and P67 for mainstream. AMD has their AM3 socket for enthusiasts and mainstream alike, with processors that fit it widely ranging in price. Buying tech during Q1 isn't necessarily the best of ideas, either.

Use a good computer, I feel that the textures in the PC have clarity at 1080p but I am no expert and have seen other videos where you can clearly see the textures that are defined in the PC and fuzzy that seen on consoles.

i think people need to know that this pc is absolutely CRAP! it was maybe considered a gaming rig like 7 years ago. My pc is not even CLOSE to top of the line and it can run games with 10 times better graphics at more than 5 times more frames.
Wow, this is a terrible demonstration. If you have a more powerful PC that is up to date, then the game will run and look so much better. The person making this video doesn't know a thing about hardware. The Triple-Core IBM CPU in the 360 runs at 3.2GHz each, but it does NOT equal 9.6GHz. You can't add up cores. And the GPU in the 360 is equivalent to the RADEON HD 2600 PRO, which is by 5x's faster than that X1550. This video is biased. Modern PC's will stomp the 2004 hardware in the 360.
@XboxKittyProductions Well the HD 4350 isn't as fast as the GPU in the 360, but I recommend that you go for at least a RADEON HD 4670 or a GeForce 9600GT.
Not a console hater here, but: crapload of games nowadays are being made FOR the console, and then poorly ported to the PC. It does mean that the PC versions suck, sure, it doesn't mean that the consoles are better though. Try playing a hardcore PC game on a console, like ArmA 2... you can't, because there aren't any ports, and there's a reason for that. The truth is, you can't port a game like that on a console without dumbing down the gfx, the AI etc. Such comprisons are bullshit...
This isn't a fair comparison considering that the PC port of Double Agent was very poor. A lot of the graphical features were missing from the PC version and the optimization was also pretty bad.
I think its a bad idea to get such an old card. The newer cards will be cheaper then the old and no long manufactured cards. I would get a ATI 4850 or 4870 if you are willing to spend a little more.

That used to be that case. im a PC player too, but annoyingly many games are now ports too the PC, when they are made on a PC, Direct X ( XBOX!?! ) to start with, and are badly optimised, have features missing. It has been changing. CAPCOM used to be terrible for that, but now they are releasing their big games on PC later, and they are the superior versions. But then theres DRM, lol. Thats another debate altogether!

not a good game to choose from,double agent is probably the worst pc port in gaming history, you could probably run crysis better then this game

i think people need to know that this pc is absolutely CRAP! it was maybe considered a gaming rig like 7 years ago. My pc is not even CLOSE to top of the line and it can run games with 10 times better graphics at more than 5 times more frames.

Wow, this is a terrible demonstration. If you have a more powerful PC that is up to date, then the game will run and look so much better. The person making this video doesn't know a thing about hardware. The Triple-Core IBM CPU in the 360 runs at 3.2GHz each, but it does NOT equal 9.6GHz. You can't add up cores. And the GPU in the 360 is equivalent to the RADEON HD 2600 PRO, which is by 5x's faster than that X1550. This video is biased. Modern PC's will stomp the 2004 hardware in the 360.

Yeah, I figured the CPU part out on my own. Is the ATI Radeon HD 4350 better than the 360? I was thinking of getting that card. What do you think?

@XboxKittyProductions Well the HD 4350 isn't as fast as the GPU in the 360, but I recommend that you go for at least a RADEON HD 4670 or a GeForce 9600GT.

Not a console hater here, but: crapload of games nowadays are being made FOR the console, and then poorly ported to the PC. It does mean that the PC versions suck, sure, it doesn't mean that the consoles are better though. Try playing a hardcore PC game on a console, like ArmA 2... you can't, because there aren't any ports, and there's a reason for that. The truth is, you can't port a game like that on a console without dumbing down the gfx, the AI etc. Such comprisons are bullshit...

This isn't a fair comparison considering that the PC port of Double Agent was very poor. A lot of the graphical features were missing from the PC version and the optimization was also pretty bad.

I think its a bad idea to get such an old card. The newer cards will be cheaper then the old and no long manufactured cards. I would get a ATI 4850 or 4870 if you are willing to spend a little more.

That used to be that case. im a PC player too, but annoyingly many games are now ports too the PC, when they are made on a PC, Direct X ( XBOX!?! ) to start with, and are badly optimised, have features missing. It has been changing. CAPCOM used to be terrible for that, but now they are releasing their big games on PC later, and they are the superior versions. But then theres DRM, lol. Thats another debate altogether!
