    the shoulders are very hard to train, thats normal, i suggest you to take a pre-workout like JACK3D or take creatine half hour before training on an empty stomach

    also dont train the shoulders with arms in one day, shoulders go with the back, start with back then shoulders then traps and fuk off home.

  • @heartz500 in my experience there's two kinds of people, those that have the internal drive to work out and build muscle, and those that start working out for stupid reasons like "i wanna get laid more" or "i wanna impress my gf" and quit after a month or two when they realize it takes years of hard work and dedication and get discouraged. basically if he's not working out already, it's not gonna happen.

  • @RockstahRolln Well for me when I do rows on the rowing machine it mostly works the lats. They don't really work the lower back tho except barbell rows. When I do barbell rows they work the lats, the upper back, and the lowrback. Other good lower back exercises are deadlifts and hyperextensions

I do them all, my only problem is when I deadlift, I just don't feel it in my lower back as I should and I go pretty heavy when my body can take it. Look at vids on here to learn how to do it, applied it but nothing... The only thing that hits my lower back are hyperextensions. I will keep doing rows as I really want my lats to flare out! Thanks again :)

  • doesn't genetics play the most important role for having broad shoulders like naturally your bone structure determines how wide your shoulders are apart but these exercises can help but with most things bodybuilding, genetics do play an important role.
