I agree with you, but this is a different way of fishing. first you are fishing between 1200 -2500 feet of water and you need lots of line to get there, also you need with a regular current 5 pounds of sinker to keep your bait on the botton. also you need to know how to find the place to droop and to keep the boat in position. looks very easy just press the botton and goes up!!!! but is not. I like the fight with regular rod and i catch lots of blue marlin, tunas and wahoo.

fisherman,kuhn,and dog are morons.This is the only way to deep drop grouper and snapper. You catch em in 600 to 1600 feet of water. One of you should try to reel in a 40 pound snapper from 100ft by hand.Not.Dont make comments if you have no idea whats going on
