Forsberg was always my favorite player. He was an absolute magician with the puck, and would do seemingly impossible things in games. Its too bad his career was limited by injuries. Although he won 2 stanley cups, I will always wonder what could have been in his career. He had a 1.254 ppg average which ranks 8th all time.
i mean, he's noted to be one of the best passers ever. he "made players around him better" with a "Gretzky-like touch". he really was probably the best all-around player during his career. not the best in one specific field, but the fact that he could score, pass, skate, hit, and defend with the best of them... there just isnt anything closer to the perfect player, not during his time, at least.
