Far be it for me to argue with this woman, but.....that IS NOT Orange Beef. It is Orange flavored STEAK. I think people carry this healthy eating crap a bit far. One must realize that food is a great part of LIFE, without it, you would DIE. So you should enjoy it when you eat it, not just suffer through another hamster meal. Of course you should not pig out, but do enjoy yourself while you are here. I don't think they serve steak on the other side.

to be fair, some of you guys are right, what she cooks are not authentic at all and she is not real Chinese either, doesn't speak proper Chinese, is not that pretty, but I have to say she has her own charm.
