    Quick question: When you say "softening", does that mean the same thing as "relaxed"?

  • @dragonsofliberty Hi, Yes, you do relax than. However it doesn't mean letting go of all the stabilizing actions.

  • the position here certainly helps reduce IBD/Crohns type pain symptoms when digesting food, just after eating . YMMV

  • Ive made my own sequence out of your videos, I mean I combined few poses of yours with relaxation and the warmup and I made myself a daily thirty minutes program, and its stunning! I feel so much better, thank you Esther! :o)

  • @aletaleta You might be developing a shoulder tendonitis. Consider visiting your physician and perhaps taking it easier on your workout. That worked for me.
